Cancellation & Insurance (House lets)
Once you have made your booking, you have entered into a legal contract and we reserve the right to charge up to the full amount of a booking should you need to cancel. We therefore suggest that you contact a reputable insurance company to take out a suitable policy to cover cancellation due to ill health, etc.
Refundable deposit against damage (House lets)
On arrival a refundable deposit of £300 is payable.
This is accepted in the form of a cheque made payable to E. Howe
